PRE CHOREOGRAPHED WORKOUTS

One of the most challenging aspects of becoming an Essentrics Instructor is the prospect of having to choreograph your own class.

Essentrics is a unique fitness program with its own distinctive techniques, objectives and exercises that we call trademark exercises.  Learning to teach Essentrics is really like learning a new language; first you must gain a vocabulary and earn how to structure sentences before you can speak.  With Essentrics, first you must fully comfortable with the basics; class format and flow, trademark exercises, techniques and transitions before worrying abut designing your own class.

The well-balanced and tested pre-choreographed routines cover all the essentials of an Essentrics workout.  All you have to do is memorize the routines and study the teaching component of the DVD, which will give you all the tips you need to offer a dynamic and effective workout.  The teaching component is a detailed analysis of each exercise covering everything from the dissection of how-to-do a movement, to the anatomy engaged, the common mistakes of clients, and the desired objectives.

We take the stress out of teaching Essentrics with these pre-choreographed routines so that an instructor all you have to do is teach them to your clientele.

As in learning a language there will come a time when you are fully fluent with the Essentrics vocabulary and ready to choreograph your own routines.  That time will be after you have completed he 4 levels in the Instructor Certification Program. However we still encourage instructors to use some of the material in the pre-choreographed routines as they will keep the instructor updated on all the latest trademark sequences and exercises.
