Level 2: Apprentice L2

Subject matter: 25 Trademark Exercises and basic transitioning.

After completing Level 2 you will have gained a more in-depth understanding of Essentrics trademark exercises, sequence and transitions.

These unique flowing movements are the backbone of every Essentrics workout and the basis to why Essentrics is such an effective full-body head to toe program.

You will also learn how to transition seamlessly from one exercise to the next. You will learn the anatomy involved in each exercise, which techniques are used and what are the various objectives. You will be shown the correct and incorrect positioning and given details of the most common mistakes students make.

Visual technical breakdown of 25 trade-mark exercises & transitions, with common corrections and mistakes.

Duration Approximately 4-8 weeks

Practical Exam: No practical exam at this level.

Written exam: submit completed homework booklet which involves describing the 25 trademark exercises including naming anatomy involved and using Essentric trademark names. (example; open chest swan)
