Learn to teach your first Essentrics pre-choreographed workout
First you will learn the principles of the Essentrics program; from the history of the program to the scientific techniques used in Essentrics.
Next you will learn to teach your first workout. We have found that the method of giving pre-choreographed routines to new instructors is the most effective way for them to quickly become proficient in this program. Our experience is that the more an instructor teaches Essentrics the faster they understand the program. With that in mind, we have designed this certification by giving teachers pre-choreographed routines to copy. We discovered that learning to teach Essentrics is like learning a new language; first you have to learn the vocabulary before you can have a conversation, requiring a lot of mimicking and repetition before it becomes natural.
To become an apprentice: Study all the material in your Level 1 package & memorize your first class on DVD. This should take 4 to 8 weeks at which time you will be ready to teach that routine. To become certified as an apprentice you must pass the multiple choice test and a practical exam (send us a video-DVD or test in person) and submit your pre-requisite apprentice teaching of 30 hours.
