The Pre-Choreographed Workout 8 routine is a powerful flexibility workout designed to increase your range of motion by using a dynamic combination of standing, floor and barre exercises. This is an excellent workout to challenge the core and increase speed and improve balance and coordination.
PCW8 includes 1.25 hours of exercise content giving you the option to teach either a standing/barre class, standing/floor class or standing/floor/barre class. In this workshop, we will break down the various options to show you how to flow seamlessly through each exercise—exactly as you would in your class.
Extra emphasis will be placed on learning the breakdown of trademark and barre sequences to ensure you leave feeling confident with teaching this workout effectively.
We suggest that you begin learning PCW8 before this event so that you are familiar with the routine and get the most out of this workshop. This is a great introductory workshop for instructors who are new to teaching Barre Workouts.
